We don’t sell or share your information
We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we don’t show ads to anyone. That means there’s nothing to opt out of, for you or for your kids.
You still have choices about your information. Here they are.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it automatically: Google Analytics never loads on our websites. You don’t need to do anything else.
Website analytics
Our marketing websites use Google Analytics to see which pages are helpful. It’s set up so Google only processes the data for us, never for ads, and it never runs inside our apps or on children’s accounts. Learn more.
To turn it off for this browser on grouperly.com:
Website analytics is on for this browser.
You can also use Google’s opt-out browser add-on, which works on every site that uses Google Analytics.
See, fix, export, or delete your information
Most of this you can do yourself:
- Your name, email address, password, and sign-in methods, or deleting your account: account.grouperly.com.
- A copy of your information: Profile → Your data in the Grouperly app.
- Your phone number, texts, and notifications: your Grouperly profile.
- A roster entry a group made about you: ask the group’s leaders, who can change it or delete it on request.
For anything else, email privacy@grouperly.com and tell us:
- What you’d like: a copy of your information (access or export), a correction, deletion, or an appeal of an earlier decision.
- Who you are: your name and the email address on your Grouperly account. We’ll reply to that address to confirm the request is really from you.
- Which apps or groups it’s about, if you know (for example, “Pack 1232 on Grouperly”).
- If you’re asking for someone else, such as your child or as an authorized agent: their name, and how you’re connected to them. We’ll ask for proof before we act.
We’ll respond within 45 days. See Your choices and rights for details, including how to appeal.
Email and text messages
- Email: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any group email.
- Texts: reply STOP to any Grouperly text message. Reply HELP for help.
Account and security emails, such as sign-in codes, keep coming while you have an account.
Requests about your child
Parents and guardians can review, download, correct, or delete their child’s information, and withdraw consent for a child account, at any time. Use Profile → Your children in the Grouperly app, or email privacy@grouperly.com. Our Children’s Privacy Notice explains how.
For a teen’s account, or a child’s roster entry, email us or ask the group’s leaders.
